Plain-English summary of how Squadron handles your data when you sign up for Future Proof Toolbox.
What we collect
When you submit the signup form, we collect your first name, last name, work email, and company. That's all. We do not ask for anything else and we do not store browser fingerprints or tracking identifiers.
Why we collect it
We use the data strictly to confirm your attendance at Future Proof Toolbox, send you the agenda, and follow up about the evening. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (event organisation) and your consent (you chose to fill in the form).
Where it lives
Signups are stored in our own infrastructure within the EU. Once imported into our HubSpot CRM (operated by HubSpot Inc., a GDPR-compliant processor under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), standard data-processing agreements apply.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after the event, unless you ask us to delete it sooner — in which case we will, within 30 days.
Your rights (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. To exercise any of these, email events@squadron.be. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
Cookies
We do not currently set marketing or analytics cookies. The site uses one localStorage entry to remember if you dismissed our privacy notice — that's the only client-side persistence.
